ARCHINAL CAMERA REPAIR EQUIPMENT RENTAL

RENTAL PERIOD:

All rentals are minimum one day.

Rental period begins when renter obtains possession of equipment and ends the day equipment is returned.

Term of rental agreement and daily rate charges continue until equipment is returned in the condition it left

Weekend rentals beginning Friday and ending Monday morning by 11.00 am. A 1 1/2 charge will accrue.

RENTAL CHARGES:

Late returns will be billed at a full day rate until all equipment is returned in good working order.

Rental pricing and equipment costs are subject to change at any time without notice.

DEPOSITS:

All renters require a clear photocopy of the front and back of a valid drivers license and credit card.

A deposit for the full replacement value of rented equipment is required.

Deposit can be secured through Visa, MasterCard, Discover, are accepted for pre approved deposit amount.

Card must be authorized to sign for full value replacement.

Deposit applied against amounts owed on rental fees; equipment loss, stolen or missing, damages, repair fees and broken parts.

Note: (Debit cards, Bank cards, Checks cards are not suitable for deposits).

INSURANCE:

Renters accepts full liability for any loss, damage or cost of repair.

DAMAGE OR LOSS:

All equipment is in working condition. All equipment is tested and examined prior to each rental and upon return of equipment.

Any problems with equipment must be reported immediately during rental period.

Equipment not returned with in three days of ending rental, with out notice may be considered lost, stolen or missing, at such time renters will be charge full value of equipment

LIABILITY and WARRANTY:

We are not responsible for losses, damages or liability (including special actual or consequential

damages, or lost wages or profits) in the event that equipment does not function or is not used properly.

Renter agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from any loss, damage or liability resulting from the

use of the equipment during the term of agreement

We do not extend any express or implied warranties

RENTER:

Renter should, but not required, check each and every piece of equipment before renting for proper operation,

and good working order.
